Our IAS Advance suite of software provides world class assessment recording and analysis solutions to schools from all over the UK. Our software is customisable to the needs of most schools, and where a more bespoke approach is needed, we can adapt and design systems to give you a service which off-the-shelf products can’t provide.

Our customisable software suite allows entry assessment data on mobile or traditional desktop devices using our IAS Collect app, which was designed by teachers to increase accuracy and reduce workload.

Analyse your data with our powerful IAS Analyse software to produce, at the click of a mouse, reporting designed by teachers and professional data analysts to give total insight into attainment and value added data. Our systems incorporate both formative and summative assessment, so in Wales this means that you can easily include Literacy and Numeracy test data into your reporting, including drilling down into vulnerable groups. For English schools, the modular design of our software also means that if you have an embedded teacher assessment tracking system you are happy with, you can simply use our systems to analyse SATs scores and other internal test data.

Our simple, secure, easy to use data collection software allows you to enter assessment data at the touch of a screen or click of a mouse! We can incorporate any existing assessment frameworks into our systems, so you won't need to start again. At KS3/4, this can include statement based systems with in-built level calculations, or simply a level-entry framework. We can also import historical data to give you continuity from your existing systems.

We've developed a powerful data analysis system which gives you all the information you need at your fingertips. IAS Analyse contains a wide range of data visualisations and reports designed by senior managers, teachers and professional data analysts to give a complete understanding of attainment and progress from individual child to whole school level. You can disaggregate children by all standard variables, or specify your own variables to set up groups of children. We can also build new visualisations and reports to your specifications to suit the unique needs of your school, including Progress/Attainment 8 analysis for secondary schools.

IAS View is a new module which not only allows teachers to easily review evidence of attainment for moderation, but also enables parents to see and comment on work flagged to them by teachers. Pupils and teachers can add comments too, making IAS View an invaluable tool for communication and whole family involvement in a child’s education. Video, photographic or audio evidence is simply uploaded using IAS Collect as part of your assessment process. You can then choose which files to make visible to parents and add comments as you like.

IAS SATS allows you to analyse your SATs test data by presenting it in a format identical to the Ofsted ISDR dashboards. You can remove individual test scores and disaggregate according to standard variables (including progress scores). IAS SATS provides you with not only an easy and quick means of gaining a full understanding of your school results, but also the ideal tool to prepare for an Ofsted visit.

“The tracking system is really easy to use! It is great having the analysis of my class data produced for me, as it saves many hours and is presented professionally. It helps me as a class teacher to see which children are not making the progress that they should be and allows me to set up interventions for these groups of children. I am also able to see at a glance which vulnerable groups of children need additional support. It is a great tool for any teacher!”
